how to enjoy

1.  Take 1 or 2 fingers and remove small amounts of body butter in a scoop like fashion.
2. Begin to lay the body butter into your palm on your opposite hand.
3. Once the desired amount is in your palm lightly rub both hands together to spread it.
4. Apply body butter to the desired area 

 **special note: "a little goes a long way"  start small with the initial amounts of body butter you scoop you can always go back for more if you need it.
