Shipping policy
Here's the shipping policy. This one matters more than people realize because it sets customer expectations and protects you when carriers screw up (which happens often with USPS).

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fragrance of Elegance. We hand-pour and prepare every order with care from our Inglewood, California studio. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing may take longer during new product launches, holiday seasons, and promotional events. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days within the United States
We currently ship within the United States only.
Local Pickup
Local customers may select In-Store Pickup at checkout and collect their order at our Inglewood location:

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–2 business days. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are subject to the carrier's schedule and conditions outside of our control, including weather, holidays, and carrier delays. Fragrance of Elegance is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to USPS.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local USPS office and file a claim with the carrier
- Email us at fragranceofelegance@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist where we can
If your package arrives damaged, please email fragranceofelegance@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Fragrance of Elegance is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season (November through December), processing and shipping times may be longer due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
