Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fragrance of Elegance. Due to the handmade nature and hygiene considerations of our candles, soaps, body butters, sugar scrubs, lotion candles, and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or unused products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fragranceofelegance@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Replacements are subject to product availability.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at fragranceofelegance@gmail.com within 7 days and we will do our best to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order has likely entered fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made at our Inglewood location follow the same final sale policy. Damaged item claims must be made in person within 7 days of purchase with your receipt.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
